Excellent Beachfront Hotel

Our check-in process was thorough with Abdur. Meeting areas were ample. These were useful for business planning. The staff was attentive and helpful . We booked another resort in the same hotel group following our stay here.

The hotel offers half board only for dinner. Flexibility in meal times was not available. The final day of departure was an exception. We were then permitted to have lunch instead.

The buffet dinner provided above-standard food regarding variety and taste. Chef Chinapiel and his team demonstrated dedication through their effort to provide customer satisfaction. There was a large variety of tasty dishes.

The hotel staff showed a cute attitude upon our arrival. The F&B staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. The housekeeping team completed an excellent job during turn down. Everything was neat.

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and pillows. We enjoyed a good view of the beach from our room. The toilet was separate from the bathroom. It was convenient.

i appreciate my superior room with a beachfront. the room include air conditioning, a safe, and a minibar. the hotel have two big swimming pools, i also like the poolside bar that have tasty drinks. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet which have many options. there was fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. the staff keep the buffet stocked, i never saw it empty. the bartenders made many cocktails. the hotel is very close to the beach with calm water, it feeld safe. the water sports include snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. i had a relaxing day, it was fun.

the gym has a warm aircon, it need more power.
